International Sales representatives

Job Summary:
Meet regional revenue target through sales, involve and execute all necessary related marketing activities.

Position Specifications:
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
●     Proficient in English language (writing & speaking is must), any second language is an advantage.
●     Bachelors degree or above in any field.
●     Prior experience in sales specially in medical industry preferred but not a requirement.
●     1-2 Years prior experience in sales, exceptional fresh graduates may be considered.

Skills and Abilities:
●     Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
●     Excellent interpersonal and selling skills (listening, probing, closing)
●     Proactive and always eager to learn.
●     Ability to understand and develop strategies against the competition
●     Presentation skills (PowerPoint experience)

Essential Functions:
●     Maintain and increase SYM Medical market share by executing a territory plan and prospecting new business.
●     Demonstrate SYM Medical products after assessing customer needs; implement action plan for new areas; connect with related end users and distributors.
●     Involve in pre-market survey, all related marketing activities to have in-depth market understanding.
●     Inter-departmental coordination and execute all necessary tasks involved.
