Manage and enhance the R&D team; train and evaluate performance of team members;

Lead the project, formulate of products’ development plan;

Well coordinate internal works with other departments;

Arrange product line conversion, process modification, and production efficiency improvement;

Organize technological verification and project review.

 

Minimum Master Degree or equivalent majored in machinery (automation), or medical device related, with good English skills.

Familiar with product design and development, at least 3-5 years of experience in Interventional medical devices design.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or ProE. DOE will be added advantage.

Strong in product development and management; 

Research or experience in neurosurgery or brain intervention is preferred.
