1. Communicate with surgeons to confirm new product design requirements.

2. Lead the project, formulate of products’ development plan, cost budget, timeline;Organize technological verification and project review.

3. Support Marketing Department to do market research and modify marketing market materials.

4. Arrange product line conversion, process modification, and production efficiency improvement;

5. Prepare of relevant patent filing and registration documents.

6. Well coordinate internal works with other departments;

 

1. Minimum bachelor Degree or equivalent majored in machinery, or medical device related, with good English skills.

2. Familiar with medical catheter materials, silicone balloon, etc. At least 3 years' experience in developing and designing high-value medical consumables, including vascular interventional consumables, digestive, urinary, and gynecological consumables.

3. Good understanding in product design, manufacturing processand R&Dcontrol; familiar with drawing software;

4. Strong in product development and management;

5. Good command in analyzing and on-site guidance, strong in communication, coordination and teamwork spirit;

6. Familiar with relevant national standards;ISO - 13485;

7. Working place: Shenzhen.
