SYM Held Workshop to Share Knowledge on Application of Transcranial Endoscope-Assisted Neurosurgery

SYM held a workshop titled “Clinical Application of Transcranial Neuroendoscopy” in Zengcheng, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, bringing well-known neurosurgery professionals across the province to exchange knowledge on applying the technology in neurosurgery. Cerebral Corridor Creator Set (CCC) was demonstrated during the workshop and highly spoken of by participants in the profession. 
The workshop was hosted by Professor Peng Yuping of Southern Medical University, and featured Professor Chen Mingzhen from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and Professor Huang Guodong from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University.
As the first speaker, Professor Huang Guodong gave a detailed introduction of the clinical application of the neuroendoscopy in various types of neurosurgery, with the help of real cases and surgery videos, highlighting the enormous advantages of the technology. He also introduced the use of Cerebral Corridor Creator Set (CCC), a ground-breaking product of SYM, in craniotomy to reduce iatrogenic injury and improve the prognosis significantly.
Professor Chen, as a pioneer in neurosurgery exploration in the province, shared with other participants his decades of experience of department building - in particular, his experience at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.
Finally, was the product demonstration and trial led by Professor Peng and joined by department heads from various hospitals. Participants also exchanged their views on the products. Professor Peng concluded the event by stressing CCC as “a very useful innovative product.”
